I'm good! It's gotten crazy cold over here - I was pretty proud I went outside and ran despite of it. I wore like 15 layers of clothing, so it was fine.
One more week till my big exam, and at the moment actually have a good feeling about it. Woohoo!

Well I certainly wasn't expecting a drop today and to meet goal!!! CRAZY. I am really glad though, because I tried super hard, no appetizers, no drinks, and half a small plate of food at both parties. Had to have the pumpkin pie though I guess its my end of the month whoosh I seem to get.

I went up only 1.5 lbs! I thought if ever there was a cheat day when I would go up 5 lbs, this was it! But I weighed more than this after my last cheat day! I am so excited!

Sum, good to see you back! You don't have to hide. We all know how hard this is and we've all had our slip-ups at one time or another!
No satisfied smugness, but it's not a good look on me anyway. I'm satisfied with a tiny gain and very happy that I followed my plan. Even though I'm back at my starting weight, I'm actually hopeful that I might still make my goal. I have no idea how much salt was in the food yesterday and I know I didn't drink as much water as usual.

I have a tendency to bloat A LOT so that was fully expected I will check back tomorrow for a final weigh in for the month and then move on to December's thread
It's time for that bloody friend of mine again (TOM) and I had some fun with the twix and the pepsi but I'm going back to a low carb diet, because today I felt the effects of this weeks high carb and I didn't like it. I am happy to say that I'm up to my goal of drinking a gallon of water a day.
it's the last day of November! Just in case you haven't noticed Went by pretty fast.
Although I didn't make goal, I still ended the month almost 2lbs lighter than I started it, so I'll call it a win
