Pixikat, new week new start - reckon that weight'll slip off like that bday meal did last week. I'm an all or nothing girl so get that feeling at the weekend too - I had an event on Saturday and there was loads of left over pizza - managed to limit myself to two slices which was a major achievement for me (although did eat veggie burger and chips for dinner - ooops!)
So am feeling like I made progress this weekend. Only one pound gain as posed to four and three pounds over the last two in November. So the big question is how close can I get to my goal? If I can get under 135 that'd be great. Look forward to sharing my insanity stats in dec too. Will have some pics to post of I'm feeling brave!

I went for my first run in 3 weeks yesterday, it was freezing cold and I was really slow, but I'm excited to get back into exercising. Going to crossfit today
For some reason I slept really bad last night, so I think I'll be grumpy. But we'll see. I dropped 2.5lb over night!! So that's a good thing
I'm usually not that technically challenged, but I accidentally deleted my personals. uurgh. I almost never write them, so this is disappointing.

Still hanging in here. Not ready to get on the scale yet, but I had a plan yesterday and one for today -- including a salad that I've already selected from the on-line menu from the place I'm meeting my brother for lunch today.
Holding steady today at 178. I stayed pretty busy yesterday and didn't drink as much water as I should have, so it's back to green tea and Mio water today! Oh and I am trying to curb my tendency today to use the smiley icons in my posts. I recognize that because I really like them, I get carried away using them. Looking over my last few posts, it occurred to me that my using them so much could get on other people's nerves, so I'm going "cold turkey" in my post today to try to curb my tendency. (And yep, it's hard! The post just doesn't seem as happy, lol!)

I woke up really sore from crossfit today. We did a 10minute circuit of burpees and knees to elbows (some strange kind of pull ups). Admittedly, I've been hanging on the bar like dead weight, but my arms still hurt now. Well, let's me know I did something
