I've eaten, took a long time to find anything even closely acceptable. I was beginning to snack, had been doing it this afternoon. I thought it would be best to eat something, however my stomach isn't that happy. I've noticed lately that my stomach gets upset pretty easily right now. I also notice i really can't over eat at all because I'll be sick. What a change.
171 lbs. I haven't seen this number in a long time. I am trying to focus on the positive and tell myself I can keep going. Don't give up.

Started the week so strong then there was cake and ice cream. Thursday was up to 201ish, Friday 202ish. Think the only reason the scale was 201.0 this morning was I weighed in later than usual. Today was my son's family bday party and I was way off but NSV for me. I forced myself to go out at 10:20pm tonight so that my C25K got completed for the week. I was lazy this morning. Downside was that since I was lazy for the last 3 days I am only at 475/500 minutes of exercise. Goal was 2000 for the month. Now I will have to do more this week to make up for it.
Uh, yesterday was bad. I wasn't in my usual eating places for two out of three meals. I did ok for breakfast. But when dinner rolled around, there were zero healthy options and lots of bad snacks. I had taken a protein bar and ate it around 4. Didn't work, it was like my hand was attached to the gummy bear bag. It ends up I ate in my maintenance calorie range ~1850, and it just feels like a lost day for losing and I REALLY want to fit into some nice stuff for Christmas. I'm starting to seriously not like the number 5!!! OK, my fit is over

Add me to the didn't do well yesterday list! lol My husband's favorite dessert is blackberry pie and we NEVER see it anywhere, well I saw blackberry cobbler at the store yesterday so I grabbed it and a small container of vanilla ice cream. My initial resolve to not eat any disappeared the moment it came out of the oven lol Then to make it worse my husband brought home dinner from whataburger and I gave in to that too oh well I'm gonna go light today, I have a ton of fresh fruit and veggies I can snack on during the day and I will have a light dinner.
The scale was nice to me this morning even though I blew it yesterday. I expect it will be up tomorrow from water retention though. . . I realized this morning that if I want to challenge myself to lose 7.5 lbs (my new scale apparently goes in .1 increments yay!) I need to adjust for the scale differences to set the goal so new g/w again lol

Uh-oh, I don't even know what to think about this. I am down a lb after cheat day. My sinuses are acting up badly, I am very congested, and I had such an excruciating headache yesterday that I didn't eat as much as I normally would. I did have some cheat foods though, but still, cheat day is supposed to be an overindulgence. It's meant to shake up my metabolism, so I hope this doesn't throw me off for the week. It really just kind of has me baffled, lol! I'm always up after cheat day! That's how it works! Hmmm. I guess I should just roll with it and say, Yay!
Mainecyn, I'm sorry your back is giving you problems. I hope you feel a lot better after surgery. My hubby had surgery on his back years ago and he has been so much better since then. Also, I am proud of you for not bingeing! Yay 171! Keep going! You CAN do it! You're doing great!

Still 64.4kgs and my scales keep threatening me with 63.9 Oh and I gave my swiss ball a go two days ago... I can still hardly move without my abs and shoulders hurting! It was worth it though and I still managed to get a run in yesterday. I'm going to get back on the swiss ball today to work out my aches and pains so I'll feel better tomorrow (and be able to laugh without crying in pain hahaha)

So....6 lbs in 20 days. Usually that's a lot, but I'm just starting to diet now, so the first 4 lbs should be quick. I also want to daily weight, just to stay on top of it and keep me honest.

So yesterday I made some sushi for lunch and used cauliflower rice instead of real rice, shrimp, carrot, cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese. I make 3 rolls, which ended up being about 24 pieces. Well, it took so much work to put it all together that I didn't eat it until an hour later. I was beyond stuffed half way through the second roll, but I pushed on through. I was still full at 8pm. So I at 10pm I had an Oikos greek yogurt and 1 cup of frozen raspberries, to try and avoid possible 3am hunger.
I'm not sure if my body was just ready to release more pounds, or if it was the calorie shortage, but I hit the scale this morning and could not believe my eyes when I saw 157.4. This is so motivating for me b/c I haven't seen this number in atleast 5-7 years. I'm hoping my 8oz almond butter, coconut manna, chocolate shake doesn't put me in reverse for tomorrow. But we'll see how it goes.
I hope the rest of you ladies are doing well with your journies towards goal.
Gosh darn it!... These last 3 weekends have done me in! SALTY SALTY Food.. drats! LOL ok.. well I KNOW what causes it - so need to avoid it! YEP!

At 191# (so close now) I am no longer obese...just "overweight" per the charts.
I cleaned out my closet (again) and have very little I can wear now. The first time I cleaned out my closet it was bye-bye 18/20's..now it's bye-bye 16's! Even some XL tops too big. WOW! I'm going shopping today for size L tops and 14 jeans.
