Whew! Talk about fluctuations! Yesterday I woke up 2 lbs up to 183.5, and that was trouble because yesterday was my cheat day (for those of you who are new to the thread, a weekly cheat day is a part of my weight loss plan: a modified version of the Slow Carb Diet), so today I'm up to 185.5! I have to confess that in the last couple of days, I have not drunk enough water. I just have a harder time drinking water when the weather turns cold. It always seems to make me feel colder. Nevertheless, I have to improve on that this week! 2 water-weight lbs after cheat day is fine but 4 water-weight lbs in 2 days???!
