Good news, I dropped another lb and I hit November's goal today! I don't know what is up with this week, but I like it! I was concerned when I started out a pound down after cheat day, but for some reason it just kept dropping. I have been drinking more green tea and Mio water this week and laying off the Diet Dr. Pepper (except for a few sips) and I wonder if that's doing it. I mean I've been drinking 2 pots of green tea a day. That's at least 6 cups. TOM came to visit me today so I don't know if I'll keep having such luck but I think I'm going to keep drinking the green tea and see how it goes.

Okay I lied, I got on the scale this morning to see what would happen and I was exactly the flippin' same. Which is loads better than being up. I'm so close to 156.9 I can taste it!
Well I did drop weight - yay! Did the IAN "beer" for dinner only diet and boy it does flush out the excess water

Boy did I go over on calories today...between TOM and celebrating the probable last nicest day of the season...I did work hard getting the garden ready for winter, so hopefully things will even out.

For a second this morning the scale read 169, but I moved around a bit on the scale until it settled back down on 170. I didn't want to get a "false" loss. I just kept stepping on the scale and off. It might read 169 by the end of the weekend but I really want to be sure.
Jumped on the scales today after a weekend of fishing and relaxing to find that I'm 65.5kgs I feel and look it too with my tummy poking out! Darn TOM/PCOS.
Anyway, had my race today and did well. I didn't stop once... (well, except when I got squashed in by the foot traffic and had to wait for a drink at the drinking station!)
my sister and I's baking action went pretty well. We messed up one kind of cookie - it was supposed to be peanut cut-out cookies but the dough turned out to be soo crumbly, we couldn't even roll it out. So we pressed into little balls, and dipped into chocolate after baking -- the're like little reese's Best kind we made this year. It was a lot of fun, good times.
I'm going back to school later this afternoon and staying until Christmas -- it's easier to stay on track and eat right there, so I'm looking forward to it a little.
Yay, I only gained a half-lb on cheat day! I hope that means it's going to be a good week despite TOM! I'll be loading up on the green tea and Mio water!
Learning_2_Live, lol, I think all of us at one point or another have said we weren't going to weigh the next morning and ended up not being able to resist stepping on the scale! Good job maintaining!

LOL Jacqui... I do have just 1 week a month where I lose 4+ lbs that week... Even tho I do not get TOM anymore, I think my body treats me once a month to make up for the pain it gave me for 38 years LOL. I will pass the magic Fairy Dust around when it starts! WOO HOO lol
