My goal for November is 1400 minutes.

It would also be awesome to keep my streak of daily exercise going -- 103 days and counting!

Acceptable goal, which is my main goal;
- Walk 95 miles
- Gym 8 visits
- Swim 4 times
- 2000 minutes
Desired goal
- Walk 100 miles
- Gym 10 visits
- Swim 6 times
- 2400 minutes
Wow, I did it! goal
- Walk 110 miles
- Gym 12 visits
- Swim 8 times
- 2800 minutes

So since I’ve a couple of planned days off exercise due to graduation events and I’ve just started a new job, I’m going to alter my goals this month. I need to learn to balance my 9-5 job and the gym. That will be what I'm going to focus on for November.

Goals for November:
  • Gym 16 times.
  • 100 miles.
  • 1000 minutes of exercise (at the gym).

November:
01: 2.5 miles walking, 2.5/100 miles.
02: 1/16 gym; 5.29 miles treadmill/bike & 1 mile walking (8.79/100 miles), 28 minutes at the gym (28/1000 gym minutes)
03: 2/16 gym; 6.58 miles treadmill/bike/cross-trainer/rower* & 1 mile walking (16.37/100 miles), 40 minutes at the gym (68/1000 gym minutes)
04: 2.5 miles walking, 18.87/100 miles.
05: 2.5 miles walking, 21.37/100 miles.
06: 2.5 miles walking, 23.87/100 miles.
07: Rest Day.

Nov 2: 1 mi run, 1 mi walk, 6 mi bike ride
Nov 7: 3 mi run
Nov 9: 3 mi run, 8 mi bike ride
Nov 10: 2 mi run
Nov 11: 2 mi run

Total miles: 26

5-6 miles on gym days in an hours time (trying to learn to run) <--- THIS ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN

I'm in again. My goal this month is 2,000 minutes of exercise. That's a bit lower than last month, because I'm starting to get busier at work and I'll soon be at 60 to 70 hours per week...which doesn't leave too much time for other things.

Goal: walk at least 20 min a day (brisk pace, to youtube vid suggested by my buddy here!) So....
Brisk Walk - 20 min a day EVERY DAY x 30 days = 600 min for November 2013

(Note To Myself: I didn't even begin to make my goal for October, but I have to keep in mind a personal Super goal level for me which is: 3x a week, double the walking for an added 60 min week x 4 week = 240 additional minutes for a "super goal" of 840 minutes for Nov!)

Suzanne, we really are a lot alike! I see you share my amazing math skills, lol! (20 x 30 is 600 minutes dear. An additional 240 is 840. ) Hey, I got your back, although notice that I dropped stating my goal in minutes altogether after messing up simple addition on just the second day last month, lol!
