Feeling pretty good today and looking forward to building as I get back into the groove!

Watp: 50 miles - 4 down 46 to go
Squats/Crunches: 600 - 100 down 500 to go
Other exercise will be a bonus!! - 15 min!

Going to have to add 25 minutes to this week so I can keep my 2000 goal for the month. Plus side is I am off Sunday,Monday and Tuesday. Thursday and Friday really blew it for me if I had just done 45 minutes each day I would have been all set. Lesson learned though. I should have done more today. Got lazy in the morning and I know that that is key for me exercising in the morning. I did get all 3 days of C25K in this week even if it meant going out at 10:20pm tonight to do it.

I have had a non-stop splitting headache for 5 days now. I don't know if it's sinuses or allergies, but it's day and night and migraine medicine is the only thing that helps. I keep telling myself, just go ahead and exercise! Get those endorphins going! It will help! And I really do think it does, but it is just a killer to move. I tried to videowalk yesterday morning and got about five minutes in before I just couldn't stand the motion. I'm writing this down because I just took some medicine and once my headache dulls some, I want to force myself to get up and move, so here it is in writing, lol! Now if this works out like I plan, I should be returning later to edit my progress for today!

Goal: Videowalk 20 times

11/1: 2-mile videowalk/ 19 times to go
11/2: Off
11/3: Off
11/4: 2-mile videowalk/ 18 times to go
