    Ok, revised in my own "handwriting" so it's official... 600 minutes of walking is my goal and 840 min will be my super goal!

  • So I'm going to try and up my running this month. Running seems like something that can be incorporated longterm. I've never been a runner though, I've always been involved in more sprint like sports such as soccer and crew, but we'll give it whirl. Plus I'm going to keep doing the JM 30DS. I should really get the next DVD, maybe December...

    November Goals:
    20 Days JM 30 DS
    60 miles
    200 min running (@ 5mph)

    Nov 1: JM Lvl 2 (19 left), 2.25 miles (57.75 left), 10 min run (190 left)

  • Would like to join in. Need some inspiration to get control over my failed October. Missed first day but my goals for November will be Run/walk every Sun/Wed/Sat following C25K to do a race in December. Walk every Mon/Tue/Thur/Fr. Piloxing class on Tuesdays. Goal time each week 500 minutes of exercise.

  • So pleased with my exercise this am. Got up got out there completed C25k Week 5 day 1 then walked another 45 minutes Now to lift weights tonight and then do some pm yoga. Diet not so great however. Still under calories but totally eating some of my exercise calories.
