Ice cream and pizza are the 2 hardest things for me to stay away from. Awesome job for not giving in!!!!
I did my treadmill time today!!! I have managed to keep within my calorie range too even though I ate a small handful of reese's pieces. I also took a couple of pics of me in my way too tight pants. Hopefully I will be able to tell a difference by the end of this challenge. Once I can fit comfortably in those pants I will post the pics. I carry most of my weight in my belly so I hope that is where I will lose first.
Plan on carving the pumpkins tomorrow with the kids (well my husband will do the carving with the girls helping and I will take the pics) then if the weather is nice do my walk outside.
