I have been eating a lot of veggies and fruit the past couple of days with some low cal protein.
Velinamartinez - Thank you for the advice. Although our thread catches the eye at "Lose 10 lbs", the majority of us posted goals for the month of a pound or two a week. I think we are a pretty healthy minded group, for the most part, and are encouraging healthy lifestyle changes, not quick weight loss. None of us wants to be unhealthy and skinny...but thank you for watching out for us.
