you guys are doing great! I hope to get back into a routin this week I hate when I'm going strong (like last month) get injured and then it sets you back a week or two. I guess, I'm not as young as I used to be and just don't bounce back as fast!

10/11 made it 1 mile (inside my house on my circuit LOL)
10/12 OH YEAH Baby... Did my 2.5 miles outside this morning.. It was 69 degrees when I left and was 80 when I got back... but its dryer... less humidity.. I can ALMOST leave my doors and windows open... just 1 more cool front needs to sweep thru! Love being able to walk outside and not sweat tooo much!
