I am in too... Will try just one for the first time..

10/01 - 1 mile walk + 3 miles on the elliptical
10/02 - 3.75 mile walk
10/03 - 2.3 mile walk
10/04 - 1 mile walk + 1.5 miles on the elliptical
10/05 - 1.25 mile walk
10/06 - 1.9 mile walk
10/06 - 5.6 mile walk
10/07 - 2.5 mile walk
10/09 - 3 mile walk
10/10 - 3 mile walk

Cumulative : 25.3 mile walk + 4.5 miles on elliptical

Would love to join... I've been trying to find something to make me finally take up walking again... I have measured out 1 mile walks and 2 mile walks but have yet to take the first step...

Maybe the embarrassment of seeing 00 by my name will be the motivation I need!!!!

Changegirl- Feel free to just track in km if you want! There are a few others doing the same, I'll just change your total to out of 42.2km instead of 26.2 mi.
