10/1: 200.4 (2440 calories)
10/2: 202.8 (1620)
10/3: 200.2 (1515)
10/4: 199.8
I'm happy to see onederland, but I don't consider myself out of the 200s until I've gotten down to 197. With all the fluid, sodium, and TOM fluctuations, that's my official "out of the 200s" number.
183, great attitude to have surrounding portion control! Have a fun weekend.
SouthernBell, holy moly!! That's an awesome drop! Great job on almost being at your goal already! And 60 pounds lost...you rock!
Sum, congrats on the pound loss!
Tuscany, slight drops are great -- they show that the scale is moving in the right direction.

Still at 187 today!
Yay Emme!!! Congrats on Onederland!!! Since you consider this only an unofficial Onederland, I'll save the dancing things until you hit 197...well, except for maybe this guy: (Gotta dance, lol!)
Daisy, keep it going!
183, great job on the 1.6 loss! And portion control's a good thing!
Amanda, wonderful!!! You are just killing it! Whatever your secret is, keep it up! 60 lbs since March, woohoo!
Sum, looking good!
Good job, Tuscany! Sometimes I wish I had a scale that measured 1/4's, but then, I'm already scale-obsessed enough, lol!
Turtle, yay on the new low!

No change for me today! Ran 10K and ate on plan yesterday so I will take it in stride. More concerned about navigating this weekend!
SW: 152.6
GW: 144.6
10/01: 152.6
10/02: 152.2 (-.4)
10/03: 151.7 (-.5)
10/04: 151.7 (0)
Congrats on the unofficial onederland, Emme, and we will celebrate the official milestone when it arrives soon!
Tuscany, I can completely appreciate your comments!! On this roller-coaster i've been on for the last few years, the lowest i've gotten to is 149 (in august) at which time I fit in to all the clothes I ultimately want to and felt such a difference in myself. I celebrated a bit too much and find myself working towards that number (and lower) again.
Minneey, I'm with you on the 2000 calorie target as well! I'm booked in to a four course prix fix tonight (morrocan), so this will be interesting. I've just looked at the menu and there does seem to be a light option for each course.
Congratulations everyone on what looks like a very productive start to the month! Have a fantastic weekend!!

Still 65.1 kgs. I've been eating triple choc brownies over the past 3 days... Why? Because my partner made them for work, left half here and won't have any himself. So, because I don't like to waste food ( there are starving children all over the world etc, etc) I've been having a little bit everyday. In saying that, I'm still over the moon that my weight is finally moving downwards again!
 to everyone so far!

Hey team. I had made Saturda mornings my official weigh in day. But I think I need to reevaluate that. Last night I went out with a friend and had no preplan in my back pocket. We ended up at a pizza and wine bar (double trouble). We shared a pizza and each had 2 glasses of wine. The small victory here is that I sent her home with my other two pieces, because I KNEW I'd get home from seeing her and scarf them the second I got home. With that said this morning I was at 178.2 I imagine that is inflated due to last night.
I'm thinking I'm going to move weigh in days to Thursday mornings, as that gives m a bit of wiggle room for the weekends.
Here's to a new day with a whole new set of calories

I normally take the weekend off from weighing, and that reflects my typical off plan behaviour friday through sunday. What is different this time around is a vigilant attempt to take control of my weekend nutrition, so here goes. Although I was out for a four course Moroccan dinner last night, I chose the lightest option for each and learned that I could enjoy a great dinner and not stuff myself. My friend beside me felt so full that he didn't want to move and I felt great - loved it!

Woodstock! This last post is just the motivation I need! Last night was just about okay - total cals 2167. Had set out to only have a main course, complete with mantras in mind, but failed to resist. Ended up eating loads but burned so much on the insanity workout I was 'insanely' hungry!
That said, just weighed in and I'm a pound down. Just got to try and go easy on my three course set menu meal tonight. Gulp! Hoping to be disciplined and take some lighter choices...

Oct 1 147

Well, the ¼ lb that I lost yesterday came back for a little visit this morning. I'm about to kick it to the curb!
SW: 143.50
GW: 139.00
10/1: 143.50
10/2: 142.75
10/3: 142.75
10/4: 142.50
10/5: 142.75
Turtle: I see you and I both went up…hopefully you will also lose the newfound gain, and then some, tomorrow.
Jacqui: I’m glad your recent losses are sticking.
Emme: Even though it’s not officially official, I will still say CONGRATULATIONS!!
Woodstock: Great way to control your weekend diet. I hope you get back down to 149 very soon…and then blow right by it!
Minneey: Terrific progress so far…good luck tonight!
Sum: October is looking great so far.
Rhiko: I sympathize with your dilemma…triple chocolate brownies would be hard to resist!
Suds: Good luck with Thursday’s weigh in.
urockmom: Welcome and good luck meeting your October goals!

Half a lb down this morning! 186.5! Of course, it's cheat day, so that's not going to stick, but still, I got there and I'll be there again in a few days!
Woodstock, way to stay accountable on the weekends! Love it!
Rhiko, now, now, triple chocolate brownies each day? Shouldn't your partner just take the rest to work since he's not eating them at home? But hey, congrats on the downward movement!
Sum, every little bit counts!
Turtle, that whoosh fairy needs to come visit! C'mon whoosh fairy!
Suds, good luck with your new weigh-in day! Good job on sending those pizza leftovers with your friend!
Minneey, congrats on the pound down!
Hi Urock! Glad you're joining us!
Tuscany, yep, kick it!

Moving in the wrong direction this morning… I will be leaving this afternoon for a brief business trip, so I won’t be able to weigh or post for the next few days. While away I will be subject to business breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I hope I will be able to remain on plan. I’ll be home and back to posting on Wednesday. In the meantime, I wish everyone good luck with their weigh-ins!
