Jumping in....I have got to amp it up some!!! My goal is to work out AT LEAST three days a week and stay within my WW points every week...and NOT blowing it on the weekend on beer!!!

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this site and it's taken a while to get my registration sorted, but starting fresh in October is perfect for me...

So, my goals for this month are:
No alcohol until my friend's wedding at the end of the month
To stick with the insanity fitness programme (started this morning)
To keep my net calories each week under 1500.

Weight loss goals:
SW 146
CR 146
GW 137

Oct 1st - (Will weight myself in the evenings)

October weight loss, here I come!

My goal this month is 1.3kgs to get to 64 kgs. If I get there this month, I'll be back to the lowest weight I've been my entire adult life. I'm so glad I joined these threads and I'm grateful to those who have given me support because it's helping me to get back on track and monitor my weight again!

No change for me this morning, which I was pleased to see. I lost a pound yesterday, and I thought all or some portion of that loss would reverse itself today. But, no… yesterday’s loss seems to be sticking… yeah!

SW (9/30): 143.5

GW (10/31): 139.0

Turtle: You had a strong finish toward the end of September, and I hope that momentum carries through to October.

Woohoo, I dropped a lb overnight! 188 lbs today! October is my favorite month. Let's hope it keeps being good to me!
