No 156 yet, but I'm thinking I'll see one before the end of the month... must stay away from Halloween candy...
This month I noticed something different. I'm not having the bigger fluctuations that I've had in previous months. For the most part it seems to bounce around 1 lb. Maybe my body is getting used to the weight loss, or maybe it’s getting used to my workouts... hmmm... I kind-of like it.

Hoopty, you are doing a great! And I can relate to buying jeans that don't quite fit. I bought a pair of Levi's just because I could get them up my legs and over my bum! Fastening them, well...that's my goal, lol!

I gained a pound this morning, for no earthly reason! Then, this evening, I had to attend a black tie business dinner. I behaved myself and did fine calorie-wise, but I suspect the high sodium content will result in the scales being less than kind to me again tomorrow morning. We shall see.

I hope the weather man is wrong here outside St. Louis. We are supposed to have rain tomorrow for Halloween. I need a good night with lots of kiddies to rid my cupboard of the candy! Currently said candy is locked in a suitcase in the cupboard so that it's not easy to dip my hand into!

Woohoo! Lost a lb overnight and now I'm at 182.5, a half lb below my October goal weight! I'm just really excited to be headed toward my next mini-goal! I've included my ticker from 4 years ago in my signature because it helps me to stay focused, reminds me not to give up like I did before, and gives me motivation to do much better than I did then. In 2009, 179 lbs was the lowest I had been in 9 years, and now I am heading toward 178 lbs (and below), which will be the lowest I've been in 13 years! So this little half lb below my goal weight this month means I'm a half lb closer to reaching that 2nd mini-goal, and that simply thrills me!
Tuscany, isn't that annoying when our bodies just up and do their own thing like that? Lol! But hey, sometimes those spikes are followed by whooshes! Good job on eating well at the business dinner!
