I'm back for October. Thus far, I've been losing about 1.5 lbs per week, on average. However, I'm starting to get close to my goal weight and I expect my rate of loss to slow in the future. In addition, I don't want to lose too quickly, or I'll be losing muscle rather than fat...and I want to keep what little muscle I have! So, I'll go with an average loss of 1 lb per week for October. Since October contains about 4.5 weeks, that translates into a 4.5 lb loss, which will also take me out of the 140's and into the 130's.

Hey ladies! I'm back for the October challenge. The September challenge helped me out so much. I lost 6.4 pounds in September and my goal is to lose another 6 in October. Thank God there aren't any holidays this month...unless you count Halloween, but my daughter is only one, so I can't really use her as an excuse to go trick-or-treating yet.

My weight tomorrow will be my starting point.
