2.5 hot sweaty miles this morning.... Temp 77 when I left and 85 now and humidity 80% oh STICKY! lol but I did it!

Everybody is doing so well!! Versace. Hope you have recovered from your long run. 9 miles is impressive.

I have been waylaid by the flu, or something for almost a week. No energy, muscle pain, respiratory discomfort, phlegmy cough. Can't wait to feel better and get back out there.

You're all doing so well! junem, I hope you're feeling better!

Boyfriend and I went on our monthly walk/hike today, and I was able to track the mileage much better this time, so am super excited about that! Plus, this time up the mountain, I was able to tell how I had improved since we did this the last time. Did 5.87 miles today, for a total of 26.79 this month! Goalll! Though I shall try for a double perhaps? If so, you'll be seeing more of me!

Classes are about to begin at the university I work at so my schedule has been crazy, crazy! It will be that way for a few more weeks. I've been doing a lot of walking as it helps clear my head and gets me away from my desk, computer, and phone. I'm really surprised at how quickly the miles add up.

It looks like everyone is crushing this challenge! Congrats to all!
