Oh IAN.. I am sorry and hope the bowel movement helps You have all day today to run around the house and outside and tomorrow the scale will SMILE bigtime...

Sum.. If you have been bad for 5 days... you really haven't gotten to bad of a weight tho.. If I eat bad 1 meal, I am up 2+ lbs... So you are doing well and just think if you stay on plan where you will go!

This morning, the 15th 250.00

Dropped 6.4 lbs for the two weeks
