This is nothing short of a miracle lol. I gained steady for two weeks, even though I worked my butt off and ate on plan. The scale must if been catching up with me this week.
I'm wondering if ovulation has something to do with it. My fiancÚ and I are trying to conceive again and I've noticed my body is holding on to things during that period. I know Tom does that, but could it have been ovulation? The body is a mysterious thing.
