I took the weekend to 'regroup'. I rested, I ate a higher amount of cals, and I think that's what I needed. Down a few pounds and feel rested, slice and less homicidle! Lol
I think 1500 is not enough for me for my current weight. I didn't feel hungry, but I stopped losing weight and felt lethargic. Upping things to 1800-2000 and seeing how the week goes.
Missed you guys this weekend, but I just needed sone down time from everything!
I was in shock when I stepped on scale. I think I stepped back on and repositioned the scale 30 times! Lol we will see what tomorrow brings!
