    I have anxiety- going to my husbands work friend's for dinner tonight- I'm trying to be able to function in public but I wish I was cooking my own meal. *needs to chill out about food!

  • I'm still getting off the water/sodium gain but the last 3 days it keeps dropping so it will all be gone soon

  • Ended up having a slip up for lunch, burger king salad with...2 caesar dressings (360calories)

    That's ok,I did want to up my calories/carbs today but in a healthier way... Had spinach, protein banana, blueberry almond milk smoothie for breakfast. I'm going to have a uber strict dinner tonight.
  • Mara: dinner last night was ok! I had one small potato with a bit of sour cream, a small piece of pork and a healthy fruit crisp I made. Passed on ice cream and garlic cheese bread- drank a bunch of water and a coffee with skim milk.

    However- my weight is up again! The food was cook in a crock pot, so all I can figure is sodium and maybe butter are to blame hidden in the crock while cooking. I'm just so frustrated because everyday for twoonths I have barely passed 15-1700 calories and am as active as possible and at a stand still. I must be doing something wrong. Could not be eating enough? Or do I need to eat done different things? I eat no preservatives, nothing refined if at all possible- loads of veggies and plenty protein, only healthy fats. i don't eat in the evenings, i stsy away from all sweets and processed snacks. I never had this trouble the last time i lost weight..Just super disheartened right now, but trying my best to be patient, and staying on track.
