Weighing in daily dies keep me on track but sometimes it also gets me tied in knots over any stall or gain- its a journey- I'm making the best choices I can and I feel better everyday! The scale will go down eventually
I stayed in the same place yesterday- I'm good with that. I've list these first 30 pounds rather quickly and now it's time to up it a notch! Sticking with about 1500-1800 calories with a once a weekish 2000 limit. As unprocessed and unrefined as possible and I'm pretty proud of myself.
Hopi g to find a decent elliptical for the basement because my 2 year old and husband who works crazy hours makes it hard for me to get to the gym- my hearts belongs to Zumba but I'm not going to let it ruin my day if I can't get there because of my husbands job. We really need the money.
Anyway- sorry for the ramble! Does anyone have any good Zumba DVD recommendations?
