I am starting these 2 workouts monday 5th aug. would you like to join me on one or both?? i will be doing les mills body combat in the mornings and turbo fire in the evenings. (you dont have to do both )
i have got half way through both of them (at the same time) but had to start again due to losing a family member last month.
Im hoping to get some people on board for support and accountability
i found it ok because doing it different times of the day, also les mills has 2 rest days and turbo fire has one im starting monday because im running this weekend, im training for half marathon to. plus gives gives people time to join us i do get addicted to the exercise buzz after a workout
