Thank you wannaskipandlaugh Instead of a big cake my hubby usually gets me I will be having mini cupcakes and I plan to work them in because I gotta have cake or it's not my birthday and at 47 I deserve it. LOL I hope that water weight flushes out soon!

I was hoping for another loss this morning, I wasn't expecting it to be a pound down! I'm nervous for tomorrow.. I can either win this thing (ETA unless one of you sneak up and grab it), stay the same or go in the wrong direction. LOL

I've been eating out instead of cooking so sodium gain today again... If only I could be more driven to cook maybe I wouldn't retain water all the time! oh well at least the trend is down, down, new low, spike, down, down, new low so i can see progress.
