My scale is going the wrong way again 251.6 was the final number this morning, but my arms, shoulders and back are sore from the gym so thats probably what is holding the water. coffee and lemon water today for sure!

Just checking in, guys

I'm an aunt now! I'm pretty psyched Abd even better- I've made good choices and I feel like no real damage has been done I haven't stepped on the scale but I will Wednesday morning when I get in

Looks like everyone is fighting hard this challenge!! I wonder who it will be!!

Jazzy it's ok! hopefully I'll flush off this water weight and be back to 250 or lower soon!

Glad the water worked Sue.

I managed to avoid stopping for fast food for dinner yesterday. I was so tired and the thought of cooking was draining. But I stuck to the plan.

I Lost the .2 gain and got back to 260.6 but I was expecting a little bigger loss this morning. I was so busy yesterday. Maybe tomorrow's weigh in will be better. I wanted to be in the 250's by Thursday but I don't know if I will pull it off.

I don't know how long I will be here but I'm in the 250's!!!
Going out for lunch today and tomorrow I plan on eating cake for my birthday but I will try not to go too crazy LOL I don't want to see those 260's again.

See Mara just a temporary bump. I am sure you will see 252 soon!

OnlyBelieve just don't go too crazy and all you will see is water weight which will flush off in no time! Have a great birthday!
