you can update however you wish and as often or as little as you want, some people choose to post their weights daily, I tend to just post when I see a change in weight and also my end of month result.

I didn't weigh in this morning because a friend borrowed my scale for non weight loss related activity. I will have it back by Friday. I hope to be at 201.5 or less. That's my goal for Friday.
