you can update however you wish and as often or as little as you want, some people choose to post their weights daily, I tend to just post when I see a change in weight and also my end of month result.
Thank you MissSMcC. I've been in something of a holding pattern stuck at or right around 170 despite being diligent in being good with my food choices. I'm really hoping to be in the low 160's by September!
