Lots of cardio yesterday, 30min HIIIT on the eliptical and first jog on the treadmill for 15 minutes with some walking in between. I also did some simple stuff with heavier weights. I'm definitely getting stronger
Downside is I slept crappy with all of my energy.

Not happy. These last 25lbs until my main goal has been really hard to lose and I hear that the last 10lbs are the hardest..... Yeah, I'm kinda nervious about when I get to the last 10 ane how hard it will be.
Ok, well I'm not feeling quite so confident any more but 1lb loss is better than nothing! I'm expecting to put weight on this week as I'm going away for a few days so I'll have to work really hard when I get back. ... gulp
