So my body made another U-turn yesterday, I am now sitting at 252.4 I was slightly over my cals yesterday (like 200) but I think the problem was my carb protien ratio was WAAAAAY heavy on carbs, and some of that was simple carbs a normally avoid (stupid hostess donuts lol) hopefully if I keep up with the water it'll keep trending downward
Oh its nice to continue to lose!... Usually after 3-4 day whoosh I stop.. Not this time.. had a mini up and then down 2 lbs Yep my Lemon Water and Ian's Beer dinner last night done did it for me!!!!! WOOHOO!

I am highly suspicious of all of you and will thus not socialise in the jolly jolly atmosphere you've all created here, as I think it merely a trap to lure me into drinking not one but two grande iced white mochas from Starbucks.

I think you are on to something.. You were lured into drinking that white moca from starbucks by Matisse with all her talk about espresso.. she even put up a picture remember.. They are all doing subliminal messages.. If we aren't careful we will be eating lots of carbs from messages sent by pnkrckpixikat (edited to mentioned she said carbs THREE times in her post!)and drinking beer from messages sent to us here by wannaskipandlaugh.. they've got it out for us I tell you!!! They are soooo sneaky no telling what they are cooking up next.
