Default Exercise-Pass it on challenge!

Here's how it works:
I will start by posting a quick little exercise challenge.
Someone then can claim that exercise, do it and post a different little exercise for the next person to do!

Every little bit counts! Lets see how long we can make this thread and burn away calories!!


I challenge someone to do 20 squats and 20 lunges- 3 times!
