I'm IN.. I'm IN... I'm also new here.. I've gained 5 lbs since summer vacation started!!! GAG! How quickly I gain. I'm 185... and By Halloween I'd like to be AT LEAST 165. That is SO achievable as long as I keep with it! So what is normal here?? DO we post our weights weekly??? drop in anytime to discuss struggles or things???

Hey, Cheyenne! Welcome to the challenge! First off, go ahead and post your SW and GW on the spreadsheet (when you post your weigh-in for the week, the yellow column will not update automatically so I will have to go in and update it manually so bear with me as I update it often as I can! )

Since 4th of July was on a Thursday, I've decided to keep Thursdays as "Weigh-In" days but you can totally use any weight you see anytime during that week if Thursdays are not your "official" weigh-in days. You can post anything you want anytime whether it be daily, couple times a week or just once a week about anything you want (struggles, NSV (non-scale victories), and/or chat with us!

WTG on those 3.5lbs, SuperHeroTeacher! That is awesome!

Thanks amandie! I know you said official weigh ins are Thursday for this thread - I hope it's okay I'm posting on Friday. My official Medifast weigh ins are on Friday or Saturday morning. I'm totally not concerned about my columns being updated - if it doesn't happen until the following Thursday I'm totally fine with that.

Thanks again for putting this challenge together - I LOVE IT!!!

I usually bookmark it on my browser for future use or you could always go back to the first page of this thread and click on the link.

Suzukigurl- Great job on your WI! I am thinking the same thing- I still don't know what I want to be yet!

Not late at all, CherryChan. Welcome! 50lbs is quite a hefty goal to achieve in 3 short months. I think the first 30lbs is totally achievable and I think you'll reach goal around NYE but I could be wrong as all bodies are so different! GL!
