Not late at all, CherryChan. Welcome! 50lbs is quite a hefty goal to achieve in 3 short months. I think the first 30lbs is totally achievable and I think you'll reach goal around NYE but I could be wrong as all bodies are so different! GL!

I'm still OP with food and Insanity although my right knee is kinda bugging me so I am taking it easy with the jumping and things that puts a lot of stress on the right knee. Kinda nervous about tomorrow since schedule says to do 2 workouts, (Pure Cardio and Cardio ABS) eek!
