Congrats to those who lost!!!!!! Whoo-hoo!!! I saw 164.8 this am so am slowly losing the TOM weight! Keep up the great work, everyone!

Just a friendly reminder- Please do not edit any of the columns on the right (starting from blue to red) and wait for me to update the last 2 columns on the right due to the formulas and whatnot UNLESS you know how to do it with the formula rather than just enter a single number. Thanks for your patience!

Not a good start! I hurt my back so I wasn't able to do as much exercising as I wanted and gained 1 1/2 lbs.

Sorry to hear that, Mori! I'd personally focus on healing first before doing any workouts especially when it comes to back issues. Hoping a speedy recovery for you!

Got my monthly curse this morning, so I'm not counting my .5 lb gain just yet! Hopefully next week will be better.

Geez, I'm so glad I am not the only one not starting this challenge with a bang! LOL

I've started my vitamin D3 again--hoping that will get me out of this rut.

I also have a wedding to go to in a months time so I REALLY want that scale to be nice to me!!!

I'm in - and excited! I need all the accountability I can get, and seeing everyone's progress is so motivating! Summer's tough - all the going out, birthdays, trips....but seeing my numbers on a spreadsheet will help me face the truth.

Not late at all, CherryChan. Welcome! 50lbs is quite a hefty goal to achieve in 3 short months. I think the first 30lbs is totally achievable and I think you'll reach goal around NYE but I could be wrong as all bodies are so different! GL!

I cannot get over on how many people joined this challenge! So excited and happy to have you all with us!

I'm still OP with food and Insanity although my right knee is kinda bugging me so I am taking it easy with the jumping and things that puts a lot of stress on the right knee. Kinda nervous about tomorrow since schedule says to do 2 workouts, (Pure Cardio and Cardio ABS) eek!
