Challenging myself to get 15000 steps before my head hits the pillow tonight. It's almost 4pm and I have 10600 steps and haven't worked out yet so it looks promising.
Gardenerjoy, looks like you are getting a good handle on those eating habits. I especially like the portion control and saying no to seconds.

I need to hit the grocery store sometime and pick up some more produce. I also need to clean the house, make dinner, pick up dd from friends, take ds to his football workouts and workout myself yet today too. Sometimes a day off of work doesn't really feel like a day off
