Did not come anywhere close to the huge weight loss goal for June so I'm giving it another go! Goal for July is 8-10 pounds lost. My total weight loss goal is only 17.5 pounds away so its getting harder and harder to lose!

I am going to start swimming and cleaning out my pool every day.
I had a back injury, so can't do much exercise yet.
But I have been walking without my walker for the last 3 weeks.
My weight this morning was 226.4. ( I would LOVE to lose 10 lbs. this month, but I have been on track on diet and working my butt off at the gym and averaging 1 lb. per week, so I will set a more realistic goal of 6 lb.s and an end of July challenge weight at220.

I undid all my heard work of the last 2 weeks July 17 - 224.0 July 18 - 23rd - In hospital with acute pancreatitis! July 24 - 220.4 July 27 - 219.8MONTHLY GOAL MET!!! July 29 - 217.6 Total for July - 8.4 lb.s!
