Oh Yeah, another month of me crashing and burning!
I don't get it, I work my butt off almost every day and the bleepin scale won't move. I eat right, I track every bit of food that goes in my mouth and yet the scale won't move. It's been two months of me trying to get from 172.4 to 160. WHAT'S HAPPENING!!!!
It just doesn't add up--1200 minutes of exercise should be more than enough to drop 5 pounds in a month--not to mention eating right. I'm annoyed.
