Congrats to those who made goal, and to those who came close, and to those who only made it part way but are still trying!

Special thanks to Lene, Turtle and PositiveAttitude for all your support over the past month, and to Joy for your support and for turning my goal pink!

Looking forward to next month's challenge!

Oh Yeah, another month of me crashing and burning!

SW: 169.4
CW: 167.0
GW: 164.4

I don't get it, I work my butt off almost every day and the bleepin scale won't move. I eat right, I track every bit of food that goes in my mouth and yet the scale won't move. It's been two months of me trying to get from 172.4 to 160. WHAT'S HAPPENING!!!!

It just doesn't add up--1200 minutes of exercise should be more than enough to drop 5 pounds in a month--not to mention eating right. I'm annoyed.

Kaitie9399: yay for losing more than 2 pounds! I had lots of weeks where I averaged a half pound a week. It's not a very dramatic rate of loss, but I got there eventually.
For me, it isn't until the exercise is up at about 1800 minutes a month or more that it's obvious that it's contributing to my loss.

Didn't quite make it to 179. My starting weight for the month was 186. Lost four pounds this month. Ended at 182. More salads in August!
