  • I'm in! My July exercise goals are divided between walking (measured in kilometres) and other (weight-lifting, swimming, etc., measured in minutes).

    July Goals:

    Walking: 150 km
    PLUS
    Other: 1,000 minutes
  • So pleased with my progress last month, I’ve raised the bar once again. I’ve increased my miles by 5 miles and added another day for weight lifting. I’m going on holidays on the 30th of July so I’ve basically four weeks to make as many improvements as I can. I had my bathing suit on the other day and I actually feel alright in it! But looking a little slimmer for the beach would be better! Since my holiday runs into August, I’m going to give the August challenge a miss, but track it myself.

    Goals for July:
    • 50 miles.
    • 5 mile walk, 10 times.
    • 25 days weight lifting.

  • Last month I think I went a little goal crazy so this month I am going to Keep It Simple. My goal is 4 activity points daily. Last month I would go from 0 points one day to 10 points another day and I know that that is not really the way to go. I'm going to do the same as last month for my overall goal of 124 points for the month. Hopefully this month I can do it in a more steady way. Let's rock it!

  • I think my exercise goal is going to be over 100 miles of running for the month. That's around 25 miles a week which is quite doable for me. ETA: Also going to do pushups on odd days and planks on even days.
  • My exercise goals are to complete the 30 day squat challenge, ab challenge and butt challenge. Gym and pool or beach at least twice per week.

  • Count me in! I'm raising the bar for myself as well. This month my goal is 100 miles in any combination of activities (running, walking, elliptical, etc.). However, my goal is to make most of these running miles. My bucket list includes a half marathon so I'm working toward this goal. Protecting my knees and ankle is my priority, though.

    I'm in for this challenge! I flaked on keeping up with the exercise for June so I'm going to keep up everyday in July!
    Goals are
    1. Finish C25K (did W4D2 today!)
    2. Do Jillian's 30-Day Shred- at least 1 workout every day!

  • OK, I'm back in. This month is going to be a little short for me as I'm heading home (to Canada) for vacation and to surprise my friends and family with my new smaller self. To make sure I look my best my goals for the month are as follows:

  • I'd love to do this. I'm best when I exercise 45 minutes a day, so I'll say 1200 minutes for the month.
