I never realized how much pms screws up my weight loss efforts.
For the past week, I've been crampy, headachey, exhausted, and constantly hungry. According to the scale, I'm up 2 pounds (in 1 week!). I always go up right before my period, and then it falls off after. But still, I wanna be losing not just maintaining.
Guess I better get more strict with my eating cuz at this rate it'll take me 6 months to get back to my goal weight. "Ain't nobody got time for that."
