Hello all!!! I was wanting to make a challenge and decided that 4th of July would be good since it is about 11 (now 5, yikes!
) weeks away! I know I need the extra motivation to make it through the summer!
I found a spreadsheet and edited it for us to use on this challenge! Please do not touch or edit the last 4 columns (blue/orange/yellow/red) on the right. I will manually update the yellow (lbs lost) and red (% weight loss) after weight has been inputted. Enter your username, your starting weight and goal weight by the end of the challenge.
Please join in at ANY TIME to receive/give support, accountability and make new friends! Looking forward to meeting you all!!
Oh, weigh-ins are on Thursdays since the last WI is right on 4th of July but you can record your weigh-in at any time or use a weight from another day if it isn't Thursday, etc.

I do a top 10 % weight loss for the week and recently added another top 10 for total lbs lost for the week so keep an eye out for both after entering your weight for the week!
