Alrighty, here it is. I just weighed myself at the gym and I'm using that as my start weight for May 1st. I gained 0.8 lbs since last week but I think it's from water retention due to PMS :/
Start weight:140.2 lbs Goal weight: 134.2 lbs
Total loss for the month of May:6 lbs // 1.5 lbs a week
May 1st -140.2 lbs May 8th - May 15th - May 22nd - May 29th -
Just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing on the first day of the challenge. Sure hope everyone has an on-plan day and kicks some butt today!
I was 3 lbs off last month, so I'm going to work extra hard this time! I'm going to shoot for 8 lbs this month. I know I can do this!

gonna get there soon ~ Oh boy that is the truth. That is how I feel when I am running. If I stop I know my legs will just give on me, so just keep going and finish, then I can collapse in all my glory..lol!
I actually just finished a nice little run on the greenway and feeling pretty good. So far, so good. Heres to another on-plan day!

Setting my goal high for this challenge. A new month always brings me new motivation. I just need to try, really try to be successful this month.
On that note, I am committing to checking in on Monday mornings, with my weekly weigh in. So many times I join these challenges, and am terrible about checking in.
