Hello all!!! I was wanting to make a challenge and decided that 4th of July would be good since it is about 11 weeks away! I know I need the extra motivation to make it through the summer!
I found a spreadsheet
and edited it for us to use on this challenge! Please do not touch or edit the last 4 columns (blue/orange/yellow/red) on the right. I will manually update the yellow and red after weight has been inputted.
Enter your username, your starting weight and goal weight by the end of the challenge.

Oh yea, first weigh-in is on the 25th, next Thursday and will be on Thursdays since the last weigh-in falls right on 4th of July but you can record your weigh-in at any
time or use a weight from another day, etc.
