This is easy. You just need to show your starting weight (SW) then put your current weight (CW) for the day and then your goal weight (5 lbs less) Keep track every day if you can and the first one to lose 5 lbs wins!!!!and gets to start the next thread Maybe you will win!!
Maybe I will :-) I've gone and properly weighed myself on a chemist scales so I'm going to go from that weight. I have to say I'm not a big fan of weighing myself everyday but I'll maybe try for every other day.
angelicus..... Oh gosh.. I did not mean that... you can weigh yourself how often you want! truly Some people weigh once a week (and they win) so whenever you can Its just an incentive competition I bet you win!
Not my time right now..... Not eating enough and the body is retaining water like crazy. Eventually it will go away I hope Stress ahhhh I forgot what it was like and it came crashing down on me yesterday at me 1st day of work. It will get better (mantra for the day!)
Alright, checking in after my week off. I lost 1.8 pounds which is just over my weekly average so that's good. But more important it got me into a new decade, one I haven't seen since HS, over 10 years ago.
