Yep, I'm up a bit, too. Think it's salt from take-out (at least I hope). Going to cut the man-made carbs and focus on veggies and beans/legumes ('Eat to Live') I think it's the only way I'm going to succeed.
The good thing is, now I really feel when I'm up a couple of pounds - I used to be clueless until it got really bad.
