I'm in! I'd like to lose 8 lbs in February

ETA: I'll post my starting February weight on Friday which is my weigh-in day anyway

2. Just "Overweight" (and halfway there) (-40) Goal: By June 26
3. Pre-Pregnancy weight (-57)

5. Final Goal (-80)

Howdy all!

I'm so in. I've taken a couple of months off for a much needed break from obsessing about my diet. Thankfully I've pretty much maintained! I am up a pound or so from where I left off, so I consider that a success!

I'm a horribly slow loser, so my goal for the month of February is to lose 4 pounds, which is huge for me, but I think I can do it.

To answer the earlier question, as often as you want.. Whenever you weigh-in for the week is usually a good time. Sometimes I peak at my scale before my weigh in and if I am down I update.
