For those of us who enjoy long-term challenges. It begins October 1 and ends April 1, giving an even six months. Personally, I chose it because April 1 is when I return back to campus after internship to resume formal classes in culinary school and I want to be in Onderland by that time.

I will take the challenge. I would like to be at 185 by APRIL 1 so I will be pre baby weight and hopefly fit into my summer clothes that have been packed up the last couple of years!
I'm definitely in. I need consistency and I have got to reach my goals. I may adjust my goal depending on my progress for losing more than that but I don't want to overwhelm myself.

Hi everyone. Still at 161 this week, but had a really good OP eating and exercise week so I'll try not to grumble too much Looking forward to another good week. The weather has cooled significantly so this has really helped improved my attitude toward diet and exercise. I just seem to do better during the fall, winter, and spring months.
I'm in!! I am slowly getting back on track with my weight loss and this is a nice long stretch to keep me going! I weigh in on Sunday mornings so I am going to adjust my dates a drop (assuming that is OK!) I am going to aim big and shoot for onederland for April Fool's Day - no fooling either!! That puts me at roughly 13 pounds per month.
