4.3 miles on the treadmill last night. Mostly walking, felt like i had to keep my running intervals short, because i have lost some cardio conditioning.

Fall over my dog - did a superman impression - still recovering from the landing. It's been one week now and I'm hoping to start walking outside this coming week. Hope everyone has a great spring break.
