Hey thurr NightAngel26.
Honestly, I feel great! I went for a long walk today, and I just felt so light on my feet I was almost skipping.
Don't push yourself too hard on the dieting side of things. It's taken me about 10 weeks to get to a point where I can comfortably eat 1500 without feeling deprived at all. I think if I had tried to do it sooner I would have gotten really frustrated and rebelled. I also gave myself 3 pauses for the 1500 calories thing because I wanted to stay realistic in my expectations.
Day 1: exercised (run + weights) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 2: exercised (walk) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 3: exercised (elliptical + weights) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 4: exercised (elliptical) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 5: exercised (elliptical + weights) / stayed under 1500 cals <- posting again for last night. I guess I'll be doing it this way, because I never know about the calories until the day is done.
A cool thing happened today. I found a pair of 98% cotton pants I got last year that I stupidly put through the washer and dryer, making them shrink so small I couldn't get them past my knees. I didn't get rid of them because I had only worn them out one time!
Today I put them on, and they're LOOSE! I've lost about 30lbs since then, but I still don't really feel smaller. Now I know I am for sure.
Crazy!!!
