day 5 - random ab workouts and some leg workouts
day 6 - treadmill 30 mins, weights
day 7 - 27 minute walk/jog outside with my son nice day!
day 8 - not so good.. just danced around house.. but i broke a sweat
day 9 - 25 minutes treadmill, 10 mins bike, and 20 minutes of weights woo
Goal: Exercise everyday (Level 2 but trying to ace it).
Day 1: Elliptical 26 min (1.15 mi).
Day 2: Walked during my volunteer shift.
Day 3: Jogged for 10 minutes in place.
Day 4: Light workout on elliptical... 18 minutes.
Day 5: Walked with dog down to Starbucks and back.
Day 6: Also walked dog. Lol coffee at home first this time.
Day 7: Walked on volunteer shift plus some Wii Fit. Day 8: Elliptical for 25 minutes. Won't likely be checking in until Sunday but plan to walk, walk, walk in Vegas. Keep up the good work everyone! I'll see you when I get home.
Goal is eat less than 1800 calories every day. I've been having a really hard time lately so I'm making this a level two.

I'm in! I have two goals that I'm working on - completing the 30 Day Shred (definitely a level 3 challenge) and avoiding unhealthy snacking (level 1, and aiming to ace!)

This is a great idea.... I will drink 48oz of water per day. It may seem goofy, but this is SO hard for me. And it's not like I replace the water with soda or sports drinks or anything... I just don't drink enough. Going to give it a level two.
Joining in, this looks like it will motivate me! My goal is to keep my calories under control... no binge eating. It's hard for me when I go out with friends, I usually just go all out with drinks and junk! It is festival season in my town so it will be especially difficult.
I give myself level 1 because I don't want to cheat!
My calories are at 1600 but I will only count over 1800 as a fail, I do cycle a bit.
Yeah I know that I made it today too.... Will be drinking more water tho.

wow this sounds like its going to be challanging - i have a tendecy to give up easily.

Woo Woo 6 days down and 15 more to go and I am so glad I am doing this. I have actually lost more weight these last 6 days than I had in the last 4 weeks.. Yipee
