Hey minoja, Luckily, I am not frustrated at all! I knew it would go up and sure enough it did. Went to the Doctors this morning (had an appointment) and I was back down to 198!
And I have been working with my trainer for 2 months now, so we definitely have a plan

It's been so long since I posted that I had to look up my goal!

I've got 8 of the 25 days I wanted to weigh under 76.5. Math's not my strong suit this late at night, but I don't think it's possible. Oh well, we'll just see how many days I can do that!

So we have reached the mid month point, I hope you all are having great results!

I have just enrolled my boys (6th and 8th graders) into a virtual school program so now for their PE I will have partners for my workouts. I think it will work out very nicely.

I wish you all the best for the second half of the month, I hope we all make our goals!

Finally got my little plateau lol. I was hovering between 199-198 for the last ten days and now I am at 197.4! Hopefully it will last into tomorrow!

Sitting at 217.6 right now. 11 more days everyone! Let's keep working hard and getting closer and closer to our goals! I can totally get to 214 at least by the end of the month!

Cheated last night...it was one of those times where I felt like I couldn't eat enough and I kept eating my op stuff but it wouldn't satisfy me so after about 5 hours I broke down and made a small bowl of cereal (corn pops) and half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Ugh...back op this morning and going to work off my moment of weakness.
