Hello Beautiful People!

Everyone is welcome to join in this challenge!

Here's how it works:

Post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW).
Come back anytime to update with your current weight (CW).
The first person to reach their 5 LB goal is the winner.
That person then starts a new thread for the next 5 LB challenge.

I started on 05/30/10 at 253. After almost 4 years and many, many breaks, I reached 152 on 03/19/14. Now I'm trying to reach 130.

I have never, ever, not even one time regretted not eating something. Never. Not once. Turns out telling yourself no feels marvelous. No deprivation passing up on *those foods*. The deprivation is EATING them and remaining overweight. You've got to raise your standards; requiring more from yourself. Challenge yourself. Push yourself. Work past the discomfort.
